For Coordinators
Encourage your audience to take 30 minutes for some moderately
intensive activity. Let them know the activity can also each day
be done in increments (twice for 15 minutes or three times for
10 minutes ) They'll enjoy an activity even more, if they find
a partner to be active with.

of various physical activities, length of time for physical activities,
and pointers on how to make physical activity safe and enjoyable.

Encourage your audience to engage in moderate intensity physical
activity today. Remind them that they don't have to go to the
gym or take an aerobics class. They can garden, wash the car,
walk the dog and much more.

A common reason that people don't eat enough fruits and vegetables
is that they take too much time to prepare. Encourage your audience
to cut up some fruits and vegetables this weekend and have them
ready for the coming week. Encourage people to freeze some vegetables
and fruit for convenience in the future.
