Breakfast on run-who says it's hard? With so many portable foods available today, suggest to your clients that they don't have to miss breakfast anymore!

Have your clients bring:

  • apples, bananas and orange sections, they are all portable foods
  • Bar Food —fruit, breakfast or cereal bars-just make sure to have them read the food labels for fat and sugar content
  • Fat free cottage cheese and fruit — don't forget to bring a spoon to eat both the cottage cheese and fruit.
