#3
Greased Watermelon Race Rules: Encourage physical activity and fruit consumption at the same time! The participants will need 2 or more watermelons (depending on how many teams, 1 melon per team), a pool, and Crisco. Grease each watermelon very well with the Crisco. Separate individuals into at least 2 teams. The first team member will hop into the pool and push the watermelon to the other end where his/her teammate will be waiting to receive it and repeat the same task. The first team to finish wins! At the end, the teams can wash their watermelons and cut them into thick juicy sweet slices!
