It's National Mobility Month. Try to provide activities that will use various parts of the body. Suggest activities such as, dancing, kickboxing, hiking and swimming. Also, encourage activities that can be done while working at a desk.

Encourage your audience to set-up an obstacle course outside. It is easy and fun. This activity can use lots of items individuals may have around the house. These items may consist of buckets, hoola hoops, wheelbarrow, jump ropes, and chalk.
